Hunt Alert App Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hunt Alert app (“App”), provided by HuntAlert LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the App.

2. About the App and Services

Hunt Alert is a service designed to provide notifications regarding hunting application deadlines, exclusive discounts on products and services, giveaways, referral programs, and community-based advertising. In some instances, users may be required to upload content (e.g., for giveaway entries or social media campaigns) as a condition of participation.

3. Eligibility and Use

•The App is available worldwide.

•There are no explicit age restrictions; however, by using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

•You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Personal Information

•Registration Requirements: To create an account, you must provide your name, promo code, email address, and phone number.

•Consent for Communication: By registering, you consent to receive notifications via email, SMS, push notifications, and calendar invites. You may manage these preferences within the App settings.

•Data for Advertising: Your contact information may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.

•Opt-Out & GDPR Rights: You can opt out or unsubscribe (e.g., by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or adjusting your settings) at any time. Additionally, upon request, we will delete your personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

•Subscription Model: The App is offered as an annual subscription service, which automatically renews from the date you first opt in.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy:

•You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of your initial opt-in or after a renewal.

•No refunds will be provided after this 30-day period.

•If you opt into calendar invites, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued since these services cannot be “un-sent” once activated.

•Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring annual basis.

6. Notifications and Communication

•Consent: You explicitly consent to receive notifications (email, SMS, push, and calendar invites) when registering or via App settings.

•Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.

•No Guarantee of Delivery: While we strive to deliver notifications reliably, we are not responsible if notifications are delayed, misdirected, or filtered as spam.

7. Discounts, Giveaways, Rewards, and Referral Programs

•General Participation: Membership in the App qualifies you to participate in discounts, giveaways, rewards, and referral programs.

•Content Submission: Some promotions may require you to upload content or engage in social media campaigns. You agree to provide accurate and lawful content.

•Affiliate and Referral Practices: We reserve the right to remove any promotional activity or affiliate content that we determine is fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Content

•Advertising Guidelines: The App may feature third-party advertising. We reserve the right to set and enforce general standards for advertising content.

•Third-Party Links and Content: Any third-party content or links provided in the App are for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

•Engage in spamming or the unsolicited distribution of advertising messages.

•Sell or promote unauthorized products or services.

•Commit fraudulent or abusive activities, including the misuse or unauthorized sharing of your account.

•Engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the App or its associated services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

•Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any incorrect or delayed notifications, including but not limited to hunting application deadlines.

•No Guarantee: The App’s information is provided “as is” without any warranties regarding its timeliness, accuracy, or completeness.

•Limitation of Liability: In no event shall HuntAlert LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any missed deadlines or errors related to our technology.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Users must opt in to continue using the App after such changes.

12. Termination

•By the User: You may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.

•By the Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

•Consequences: Upon termination, you will lose access to notifications, discounts, giveaway entries, and any other App benefits.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to the Hunt Alert logo, site, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of HuntAlert LLC. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

•Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

•Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in a manner that is cost-effective and efficient for the Company. (Specific arbitration or mediation procedures may be outlined here if adopted.)

15. Miscellaneous

•Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HuntAlert LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

•Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

•Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that or any other provision.
